Building the Solution: Overview of Skills
Development of each version will have a development cycle. This development journey can be grouped under four major categories.
- Solution Design
- Development
- Production Release
- Support & Maintenance
This will be built with participation from group of people with different skill set as below.
- SMEs – Knowledge in Grandha language & Vedic literature (people from veda padasala)
- SMEs – Knowledge in Kolam Design and traditions
- SMEs – Knowledge in health parameter monitoring
- Solution & Technical Architect – Product visionary with technical skills
- Software Developers – Programmers to do coding in Python, R, Mobile app (React) etc.,
- UI/UX Designers – Front end user interface and user experience specialists
- Infrastructure Specialists – Cloud administrators and web developers
- Release Management Skills – DevOps engineers
- Quality Assurance – Application Testing specialists
- Technical Writers – Content creation , web publishing and English / Tamil language skills
- Support Engineers – Ongoing support including software bug/ fixes for issues
Building the Solution: Solution Design Phase
The first task in version creation will be the ideation phase. A technical proof of concept and a prototype creation will be the tasks in this phase. Following the POC steps, technical design will be done. Post that, a quality review will be done to ensure fitment of the approach. Inputs from specialist (people from vedapadasala) will be taken in every stage of development. The technical writer will support in creating technical and product documentation. Building the Solution: Development Phase
The next task in version creation will be the development phase . The core engine will be developed in this phase. In parallel , user interface will be designed, and web application interface will be developed. The testing for quality assurance will be part of this task list. Building the Solution: Production Release Phase
Postproduction release, support for end user will be the focus. The infrastructure stability and product support will be taken care in this phase. The functional queries will be answered by SME. The next task will be release into production. The Infrastructure specialist will set up the cloud and will maintain for production.
